Engineer’s Day celebration in ETC department
On 15th September2011, Engineer’s Day was organised by the T.A.G.Y.A. and I.E.T.E. forum under E&TC department. The Principal Sir, Dr. R.V. Kulkarni and vice Principal Sir, Dr. Shridhar Deo were invited to inaugurate the function.They motivated and guided the students for the innovation in engineering and the application of the Engineering field in various sectors.The session was made more fruitful by the guiding words from the Head of Department of Mechanical Prof.Sunil Ingole and Head of Department of E&TC Prof.A.M.Patki and also I.E.T.E. co-ordinator Prof. Patil sir.
Rajnikant (former I.C.E.M. student) also shared his thoughts with the department. |

Two Days Workshop on “Wave Theory & Antenna”was arranged by E&Tc Department on 25th and 26th Feb.2011.The faculties around 30 different Engineering colleges have participated to the workshop.The workshop mainly covers the theory and practical sessions on different antennas. |

One day workshop on “Global Positioning System” conducted by E&Tc Departments,IETE student forum (ISF)on 9th Sept.2010.
Around 200 students of the different Engineering colleges along with ICEM students have attended the workshop.The workshop covers the detailed theory on GPS and also practical session on the GPS. |

One day workshop was arranged by E&Tc department on “Industrial Automation” by B&R Automation ,Pune in the month of February 2011.Mrs. Rajlakshmi was the speaker for the workshop. The workshop highlights how automations is necessary in every field. |

The Staff members and students of E&Tc department have developed around 20 Antennas for the subject Wave Theory & Antenna under the guidance of Prof. V.K. Kokate. |

ICEM has arranged a National Level Paper Presentation on “Advances in Engineering & Management”on 13- 15 Jan2011.
